New Customer Settings

We have added new customer settings into the Control Panel.
Besides the possibility to turn on/off postal invoice sending, you can also set up different types of e-mail addresses. For example a technical contact, billing contact, or address for receiving the newsletter.
It is now also possible to change invoice due days or other attributes.
